With the ability to sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms with a queen and twin singles. HDTV and DVD player upstairs and another TV in the dining room. The house features an upstairs lounge and large balconies on 2 levels. There is a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, bench top hotplates and convection microwave . A large front yard provides plenty of room for parking and a boat. Non smoking inside the house and no pets allowed.
